Super Glow Collagen-Infused Smoothie

As we age, our body loses more collagen than it can produce resulting in loss of elasticity in our skin and affecting the integrity of our nails, hair, bones, and joints. So we want to supplement where we can by adding Powderful into our morning routine.

Ingredients

2 Servings | 10 minutes

2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Water
2 cups Water
1 cup Ice
1 tbsp Good Goddess Collagen Powder
1/4 Frozen Banana
handful Wild Blueberries
1/2 Lemon (juice & rind)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Every ingredient plays a role in this smoothie from balancing out the natural sugars with fiber to adding protein and antioxidants. The most important role is the collagen which helps our body replenish this important beauty protein!

Preparations:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth.

Ingredients

18 Mini Bars | 1 hour

Short Bread Layer

1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Melted Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Good Goddess Collagen Powder
3 tbsp Warmed Honey

Caramel Layer

1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Organic Maple Syrup
Pinch Mountain Salt

Chocolate Layer

1 bar 80% Chocoglow Pearl-Infused Chocolate
1 tbsp Fantastic Fat MCT Oil
1/4 tsp Flaky Sea Salt

Preparations:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all short bread layer ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined. Line 9"x9" baking dish with parchment paper and pack down short bread layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let it cool completely.

2. Combine all caramel layer ingredients in a saucepan over the stove on medium-low heat until completely liquified. Remove from burner and let it cool completely. Pour over short bread layer and place it in the freezer until completely solid.

3. Mix all chocolate layer ingredients together until liquified in the microwave or stove. Let cool completely. Pour over caramel layer, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and put back in the freezer to harden.

4. Once fully hardened they are ready to cut and eat! Store bars in fridge or freezer to keep from melting.

Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

PB + GF + DF + Good AF! Here's a winning healthy swap to the classic chocolate chip cookie recipe. Perfectly chewy with all the benefits of our Fantastic Fat MCT Oil.

Ingredients

Makes 18 | 50 minutes

1/2 cup Fantastic Fat MCT Oil
1 tbsp Nut Milk
3/4 cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-1/3 cup Gluten-Free Flour
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparations:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking soda and salt until evenly combined. Set aside.

2. Pour MCT oil into a separate bowl and add the nut milk, brown sugar and coconut sugar. Whisk to combine. Add the egg and vanilla and whisk until smooth and creamy.

3. Using a rubber spatula, mix in the dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

4. Cover the bowl and let sit for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F. Scoop the cookie dough (about 2 tbsp of dough per cookie) and place a few inches apart on the baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and the centre is set.

5. Let cool 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to continue cooling. Enjoy!

1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Unrefined Sea Salt
4 Free Range Eggs
1/2 cup Fantastic Fat MCT Oil
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-1/4 cup Peaches (peeled, pitted, diced)
1/4 cup Powderful Collagen

Preparations:

1. Preheat oven to 350'F and line muffin tin with unbleached muffin liners.

2.Combine coconut flour, baking soda, collagen powder and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, MCT oil, maple syrup and vanilla.

4.Add dry to wet and mix again until thoroughly combined. Fold in 1 cup of diced peaches.

5.Divide mixture evenly among 9 muffin liners. Sprinkle remaining diced fruit on top of each muffin to make them pretty.

6.Bake 25-27 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean and muffins are golden.
